The Cotuit Kettleers are heading to their fourth straight Cape Cod League Playoffs after finishing the regular season in second place of the Western division. The Kettleers will take on the first place Bourne Braves in a three-game series in the first round. In part one of our series preview, here’s a look at the regular season matchups between the Braves and Kettleers:

June 22nd, Bourne at Cotuit, rained out after four

The Braves’ first trip to Cotuit was rained out early in the season. Despite the game being cancelled, nearly half of the game was played. The Kettleers were up 5-3 through four innings before the rain picked up and the game was called. Nathan Martorella (California) had two RBI early on. For more on the June 22nd matchup, click here.
