After two free passes, Gold stepped to the plate with two Kettleers on base with two outs. The right-handed hitter lifted his sixth home run of the summer into the trees over the center field fence. The homer gave the Kettleers a 3-0 lead and upped Gold’s RBI total to 23 on the season, a team high.
