After knocking off previously unbeaten Bourne last night, the Kettleers will look to extend their win streak to three as they take on the Wareham Gatemen. Cotuit has put together back to back complete team wins, and will look to keep it up tonight to continue rising in the standings.
Jake Brooks (UCLA) will get the nod tonight for Cotuit. In his last start Brooks was excellent, throwing 5.2 scoreless innings against Hyannis. The right-hander has yet to allow a run through 11 innings this season. The UCLA product has great command, and will induce a lot of weak contact.
Andy Garriola (Old Dominion) was a star for the Kettleers last night, hitting a moonshot home run to propel Cotuit to victory. Garriola is hitting in the cleanup spot tonight for Cotuit, and will look to continue his offensive production.
