The Cotuit Kettleers will look to bounce back tonight following a loss on Saturday. The Kettleers will travel to Bourne for the second time this season for a West Division matchup with the Braves. The Braves have a strong hold of first place, 13 points clear of the second-place Kettleers. Cotuit is alone in second place, four points ahead of Wareham. In their last trip to Bourne, the Kettleers handed the Braves their first loss of the season with a 2-0 win.

Jake Brooks (UCLA) will get the start for the Kettleers tonight. Brooks has been one of the best arms on the Cape this summer. The right-handed pitcher has allowed just one earned run in 20.2 innings pitched. Brooks’ 0.44 ERA leads the entire league. He’s walked just one batter and has a WHIP of 0.87.
