Cotuit interns’ ‘Keep the Kettle Hot’ podcast gives fans their baseball fix.

Zimmerman, a 2020 UC Berkeley graduate, and Skinner, a rising senior at Penn State, were going to be the broadcast interns this summer for the defending Cape League champion Cotuit Kettleers. But even with no games being played, they’ve found a way to stay involved with the Kettleers’ organization.

They started a podcast titled “Keep the Kettle Hot,” interviewing Kettleers alumni, coaches and even a sports psychologist, hoping to give Cotuit fans their baseball fix.
