What Happened: Cotuit (10-9-2) defeated Hyannis (3-16-1) 16-4 on Friday night.
Numbers Explosion:
Run or more for every starting Kettleer on the night. Robbie Martin (Florida State) and Joey Loperfido (Duke) saw action late, but every one of the nine Kettleers to start the game finished with at least one run scored.
Hits for Cam Hill (Kentucky), his second multi-hit effort on the season. Though battling for playing time with a couple other Kettleers, Hill continues to make the most of his opportunities.
Hits for Casey Schmitt (San Diego State), his highest single-game total of the season. Though the San Diego State Aztec got moved down in the lineup (he was hitting eighth) today, he still reached base five times: two walks and the three singles.
Hits for Matthew Mervis (Duke), with two of those hits going for extra bases. After starting the season just one for his first ten at the dish, the big Duke man is 7-15 (.466) with one home run and 8 RBI.

RBI for Mervis, the highest single-game total for any Kettleer this season. The offensive explosion moved him to ten RBI on the season, good for sixth in the Cape league.
Official at-bats for Allbry Major. The Xavier Musketeer smacked a double in the sixth to bring home Gonzales and Hill. The big outfielder now has four RBI on the season.
RBI on the season for Parker Chavers (Coastal Carolina) after this game. The outfielder smashed a home run in the fifth, his third of the season.
Strikeouts for Kettleer pitching in this one. Kole Ramage (Arkansas) and Kyle Nicolas (Ball State) both had three, with starter Reid Johnston (NC State) adding two, and Matt Moore (Purdue) grabbing another one.
