Kettleers GM Bruce Murphy presented the MVP Award to Team Captain Rachel Aalto at the team’s annual Hockey Banquet. Also in attendance is Board Member Jennifer Barth.
For the 17th straight year the Cotuit Athletic Association was proud to sponsor the MVP award for the Barnstable High School Girl’s Hockey Program. Senior Captain Rachel Aalto, a forward on the team, was the recipient of this year’s award.
Coach Peter Nugnes, who selected Rachel as the 2019 MVP, described her as “one of the hardest working, unselfish hockey players I have ever coached, also one of the smartest with a 4.7 GPA.”
Rachel’s college plans are undecided at this time.
